Supply Chain Administrator


About the Role

Are you ready to take ownership of logistics and planning in a dynamic international environment? As a Supply Chain Administrator / Planner at Azelis, you will ensure seamless operations from purchase order to delivery, while optimizing stock strategies and contributing to sustainability goals. This role is key to maintaining customer and principal satisfaction through operational excellence.

Your Mission

  • Logistics Service Excellence: Process principal purchase orders, manage deliveries, and ensure goods arrive at the right place and time. Communicate proactively with Principals, Forwarders, Warehouses, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high service standards.

  • Stock Management & Planning: Develop purchasing strategies, formalize stock policies, define safety stock levels, and set up master planning based on demand forecasts and market dynamics. Optimize stock availability while reducing costs and minimizing obsolete inventory.

  • Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure adherence to QA and SHE requirements, tackle non-conformances, and translate sustainability objectives into actionable KPIs.

  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to enhance processes, share best practices, and contribute to operational efficiency.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in Supply Chain & Planning

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and IT tools

  • Native Dutch and Fluent in English

  • Flexible, proactive, and a true team player
